I finally got my computer from frys. The computer was sent out to hp for repair. This is the 3rd time that it was sent out to them. So I pick up my computer, and when I tried to use it, GUESS WHAT ,,, it wont open the internet explorer.Frustrated, I called Dennis, (his actually one of the technicians there) and inform him about the problem so his suggestions is to just restore the computer to its factory setting which i did so the internet finally work. But this time theres so much more to it than simply not connecting to the internet….Here’s a list
- It wont sleep
- It wont go back from hibernation
- the weird sound is still there..but this time its not as loud as it use to be..
-date and time keep on changing…
OMG….OMG….. I’m beyond pissed off!!!!!!!! I dont know what to do. I was gonna live with the little weird sound.. but i dont think i can handle the shutting down problem. Its too much for me to keep on restarting this compuiter. O MEN…Y me:( I just wish i didnt bring my laptop for service l then maybe i didnt have all this problems.I just feel like they keep on messing it up.
So for now i have to hold on to ii since its going to be a big weekend for me. Its my MOMS bday weekend and we are celebrating it here in vegas.
..and HP tech support (live from India) also sucks!
HP’s customer service leaves a lot be desired. Their standard solution for any problem seems to be to ship the PC to their factory or restore to factory settings. Both do not work. Checkout my nightmare with HP at http://hpcheats.wordpress.com/
